 You are probably already aware of our award-winning Patés - we now make 38 different varieties including Classic Chicken Liver, Game and Fish as well as Vegan, Vegetarian and Cheese products – but it’s not all about pate – there is also Patchwork Hummus, Patchwork Pies and Tarts, Mini Quiches, Filled Oatcakes and our delicious Chocolate Terrines.
Patchwork products are stored and shipped frozen, (preferring, as we do, ice to preservatives). You can store them for up to 12 months and sell them directly from the freezer in 120g and 230g sizes. Conversely, you can sell defrosted pate with a 10 day shelf life in the traditional cut and weigh style from a delicatessen counter in 455g and 910g sizes. We also produce to order 1kg catering packs in a unique ‘cut & serve’ package.
Our hugely popular 120g Pots have a 2 week chilled shelf life meaning they can be sold from a freezer or conveniently from a chiller. This month we have added 27 more flavours to the range, including our fabulous Chocolate dessert lines which combine soft Cream Cheese and Fine Belgian Chocolate with Baileys, Tia Maria & Coffee, Cointreau & Orange or Amaretto & Almond. The patented re-sealable Pot, with its extended shelf life makes the range perfect for summer picnics and seasonal hampers.
We offer a 24 hour delivery service which is free for orders over 20 lbs in weight and support the launch of the products with free tasters for your customers, recipe ideas and point of sale material.
