Gian Luca Sala and his Family of Terni in the Umbria region of Italy have been making this recipe for generations. When their friend Luca Conti decided to bring it to the UK they of course approached the best Pâté people they could find. So we bring to you the marriage of two pâté families and the inspiration behind our Italian Style Pâté....
And so, just like Italy, our Italian style pate is infused with many flavours. More than a touch of chicken liver, a suggestion of anchovies, some capers, olives, lemon, celery and a hint of garlic. A symphony of gorgeousness! When you eat this you'll be wanting amore or maybe just more. Enjoy!
