Autumn brown and herb speckled, with a firm texture and smoothness studded with mature fruit chunks, liqueur enriched, giving a distinctive sweet-savoury mild meat finish.

Ingredients: Duck Livers (53%), Fresh Onions, Fat Spread (Vegetable Oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids), Apricots (6%), Apricot Brandy (1.6%) , Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme), Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

I discovered this incredible pate last christmas when I treated my family to an extra special christmas treat. This pate leaves you with a glorious taste and a little sense of guilt as you know that the whole pot will never last long, its simply so delicious. I highly recommend it and I am going to stock up and give as presents this year!
