Patchwork's first ambient pate, made with chicken liver, anchovies & capers and lots of other exciting goodies including celery, garlic, lemon and olives. Recipe is taken from an old Italian recipe from a family that we met in Italy.

It was developed as a natural extension to our product range which currently only exists in chillers and freezers.

Best with your favourite red wine and breadsticks!

Ingredients: Chicken Liver (76%), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, White Wine, Anchovy Paste (4%), Capers (4%) [capers, water, champagne vinegar, salt], Celery, Carrots, Swede, Cauliflower, Peppers, Pitted Green Olives[olives, water, sunflower oil], Whole Lemons, Garlic Purée, Onion, Parsley, Vegetable Bouillion [sea salt,hydrolysed vegetable protein (with soya), potato starch, palm oil (sustainably sourced), vegetables (celery, onion, carrots, leeks), lactose, spices (turmeric, white pepper, garlic, mace, nutmeg), parsley, lovage], Spice (clove 0.15%), Black Pepper.
