Herb dusted, straw-brown smooth pate brightened with garnet chopped fruit, warmed with lively spirit and a subtle sweetness that gives a truly warming festive glow. Perfect before roast poultry or any eclectic dishes.

Ingredients: Chicken Livers (54.5%), Fresh Onions, Fat Spread (Vegetable Oils, Water, Salt, Emulsifier, Polyglycerol Esters of Fatty Acids), Cranberries (6.2%), Tequila (3.2%), Fresh Garlic, Mixed Herbs (Parsley, Marjoram, Thyme), Freshly Ground Black Pepper, Sea Salt.

Allergen: Sulphur Dioxide.

Although our food is produced in a factory which handles celery, egg, fish, gluten, milk, mustard, nuts, sesame seeds, soybeans and sulphur dioxide, we take every care to avoid putting ingredients where they don't belong.

    I tried this pate whilst on a weekend break, as recommended by a deli in Harlesworth in Suffolk. It has to be the best pate i have ever eaten. I fear that once i let others try it, they will be clambouring for the details!!!! You must never stop making this pate!!!

    I tried this while on holiday in Cornwall and was delighted, so much so that I took some intop work as part of a little buffet for my team and I have been inundated with requests to buy some for the team to take home for the Christmas holidays, fabulous doesn't do it justice and I shall be trying the rest of the range as a service to the team and mankind
